O ministro da Justiça, Flávio Dino, levou pessoalmente a réplica e entregou o exemplar às ministras da STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal), Rosa Weber e Cármen Lúcia.

Segundo Dino, o encontro com a ministra teve como objetivo ar duas mensagens: de que "ninguém rouba a democracia" e de busca de "ampla união nacional".

Conforme uma apuração do UOL Confere, a versão da Constituição não é original, mas sim uma réplica.

A versão original da carta magna está guardada em um museu da Suprema Corte. Uma outra versão original da Constituição está no Arquivo Nacional, no Rio de Janeiro.

Nas imagens que viralizaram após o quebra-quebra em Brasília, um homem envolto em uma bandeira do Brasil exibe a réplica da Constituição, que estava na sede do STF. O bolsonarista aparece segurando o livro em cima da escultura 'A Justiça' do artista mineiro Alfredo Ceschiatti.

A escultura, que possui cerca de três metros de altura e retrata uma Têmis sentada, foi pichada com a frase "perdeu, mané", em referência à declaração do ministro Luís Roberto Barroso ao ser importunado por um golpista durante viagem a Nova York, nos Estados Unidos, em novembro de 2022.
